Mr. Bob and I went to see you play basketball on Saturday the 7th. It was a great game. You made 5 baskets and you were fantastic. However, the other team had 12 kids on their team and your team only had 6. You played the whole game and I'm sure you were exhausted. Your team was ahead for most of the game but fell apart in the last 5 minutes.
On Sunday the 8th you went hiking with your mother and brother. Your mother posted this on Face Book: Great way to start our day!!!....the boys did great. Telegraph Pass.
On Valentine's Day you had two basket ball games. One at 8:00 and 1 at 9:00, You made 2 baskets and 2 free throws while you mother was looking at one of your team members that fell on his wrist. You guys won the game.
The 2nd game you made 3 baskets and 1 free throw. Your team lost, because the other team had 10 players and they could take turns resting. Your team had on 5 players. No rest for you guys.
Later that day you and your family came over to celebrate Mardi Gras.
You loved wearing my bead skirt.
You, your brother, your mother and I went into the bedroom to play Wii bowling. Your mother won. Then you and your brother took turns on my glider machine that I had just brought in from the garage. You did mention that you had 2 girlfriends. Wait until you get into Junior High next August.
You loved dancing around in my bead skirt, but you weren't interested in doing second lining. You said that I made that up. I told you that people in New Orleans and a lot of other places have been second lining for years. I tried to explain to you that 2nd lining is a tradition that we have done for a long time. You were not interest in traditions So, you refused to 2nd line.
So you missed the fun.
Later I tried to explain to Andrew how traditions are important and the memories will last a life time. He said about you: "He's going thru puberty".
Andrew got the baby.
Then you and your brother went outside and started throwing grape fruits at the cactus. Andrew got one to stick.
On your way home or from home you texted me that you were sorry you didn't 2nd line with us. I responded with apology accepted. Andrew had said earlier that you are going thru puberty! That explains everything.

On Saturday the 21st I went to see you play basketball. It was a great game. For the third time your team had only 5 players, so you had to play the whole game. It was a close game to the very end. You made three baskets. Final score is below.
The man who owns your house is going to sell it. Looks like you will have to move. Your mother and father are looking for another house close to where you live now.
Mr. Bob and I are renovating our house. Mr. Bob's office is almost done, his furniture is still 3 weeks out. The kitchen will be completely demolished and rebuilt. The family room will have the carpet removed and tile to match the kitchen put down. Also, stacked rocks will be put on the wall with the windows. The house is going to be a mess for a couple of months. So no sleep overs for awhile.
I just found out the name of your junior HS that you will be attending in August. It's South Valley Junior High School. Oh my gosh, you're getting way to old.
On the 28th I went to another basketball game where there still only 5 players. It was a great game , but you lost 25 to 27. After the game we went to Peter Piper for lunch. You rode with your mother and Andrew rode with me. On the way to lunch Andrew told me that you were putting your hamsters up for adoption.
